At PM+, we’re proud to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer.
While accreditation is an important milestone, for us it represents something much bigger than a badge. It reflects the values we’ve always believed in: treating people fairly, investing in our team, and creating a workplace where people can thrive.
What Does Being a Living Wage Employer Mean?
The Living Wage is a voluntary rate of pay that is independently calculated based on the real cost of living. Unlike the statutory National Living Wage set by the government, the real Living Wage is designed to ensure employees earn enough to meet everyday living costs.
By becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer, PM+ has committed to paying every eligible member of our team at least the real Living Wage, helping ensure our people are fairly rewarded for the valuable work they do.
Investing in Our People
Our team is at the heart of everything we deliver.
Whether we’re carrying out stock condition surveys, fire risk assessments, fire safety strategies or project management services, the quality of our work depends on the expertise, professionalism and dedication of our people.
We believe that investing in our employees creates better outcomes for everyone. A motivated, supported and valued workforce delivers higher standards of service, stronger relationships with clients and better results across every project.
Building a Better Business
Being a Living Wage Employer is part of our wider commitment to responsible business.
Alongside delivering high-quality surveying and consultancy services, we want to build a company that attracts talented people, supports career development and contributes positively to the communities we work in.
As we continue to grow, maintaining these values will remain central to who we are.
A Commitment We’re Proud Of
We’re delighted to join the growing number of organisations committed to paying the real Living Wage.
For our clients, it’s another example of PM+’s commitment to quality, integrity and doing the right thing.
For our team, it’s a reflection of how much we value the contribution they make every day.
As we continue to expand our services across the UK, we’re proud to do so as an accredited Living Wage Employer.
